Fashion photographer turned music video director Abhijet raajput is preparing for an upcoming web series “Lovers”. Shooting will begin by the end of the year 2022.
Abhijeet Raajput says people approach me to direct their movies but I have denied them as I believe I need more polishing as a director.
Talking about today’s generation, Director Abhijet raajput says “our younger generation is getting stuck at their home because of social media. They have become very impatient. If they want to become an artist, they need to step out of their house, see things, observe surroundings, explore as much as they can.” He also added,” Please give time to your dreams, do not give up.
Being an artist from the music industry, Abhijet raajput’s goal is to give chances to underground artists and launch them under his music label. As it has become difficult for big banners also to take risks and give chances to the underground or newbie artists. These days we have so many artists and the amount of talent they have is just unbelievable. Big banners want refined artists now for their banners.
Abhijet raajput also follows a theory of giving chance to newcomers be it a make-up artists, stylists, or photographers. Every new project has a new team on board which gives a freshness to the project.

Abhijeet made his debut as a music video director with kurbaan (2015) starring Punjabi singer T- Jay (Taranjeet Singh), which was released on times music.
Abhijet raajput shares “After watching Kurbaan, folk singer Sarthi K called me and asked me to direct a music video for him. I managed to do it well and transformed the folk singer into a modern singer. Since then, I have done more than 50 music videos and 10+ digital – corporate ad films for fashion brands like Raymond, Sabyasachi, Anita Dongre, PNG jewelry, and many more in the past 7-8 years”.
Abhijet raajput also directed the international track ” Waiting by Two Ninzas” which was exclusively played by VH1, an English entertainment music channel. Now, Abhijeet is planning to shoot a music video ft. Spanish artists rest everything is going to be Indian.
